In order to receive further information, or to open an account with PAYSOT.com (commercial service of CAFsolutions Ltd, hereinafter called the “Company”), you must first complete and submit the online application form with the required documents attached. You are requested to give private information when filling out the online application form, in order to enable the Company to evaluate your application and comply with Laws and Regulations governing the provision of financial services. This information is also used to contact you regarding your online trading account.
Privacy
Any personal information you provide us with will be treated with confidentiality and shared only within the Company, its affiliates and its business partners. In addition it will not be disclosed to any third party except under any regulatory or legal proceedings as well as to third parties that solely provide statistical services to the Company to improve its marketing campaign. Website tracking systems may also collect data specifying the pages you have accessed, how you discovered this site, the frequency of visits and so on. The information we obtain is used to improve the content of our website and may be used by us to contact you personally, by any appropriate means, and to provide you with any information we believe may be of use to you.

PAYSOT.com (commercial service of CAFsolutions Ltd, hereinafter called the “Company”), provides financial intermediation services through a developed electronic system, via the internet and through direct sales, as described in the memorandum of association, regulated by the Bulgarian authorities and authorised by the Central Commercial Register of Bulgaria, with license number UIC 204896006.
The Company warranty the initial capital of the Users/Clients portfolio or its value at any time or any amounts that has been allocated to any financial instrument except in cases that evade its control, as they are determined and interpreted by public opinion, common sense and the Bulgarian courts (eg global or national financial crisis, war, seismic total disasters, pandemic, destruction of company software, attack on its server server). The User/Client must fully acknowledge and accept that he/she assumes full responsibility for his/her choice, that Sponsor or the Company does not bear any responsibility regarding his/her choice and confirms that he/she is willing to take this risk.
The User/Client must fully acknowledge and accept that, regardless of any information which may be offered by the Company, the result of any financial service provided to him may fluctuate downwards or upwards in the predetermined period he has chosen to receive these financial services.
The User/Client should declare that he has read, understands and accepts the following:
- Information of the previous performance of a financial service does not guarantee its current and/or future performance. The use of historical data does not establish a binding or reliable prediction as to the corresponding future performance of the financial services to which the said information mentions.
- The User/Client must not purchase a PAYSOT program unless they are willing to accept the risks described above.
- The User/Client must accept that the Company imposes certain fees upon its entry and exit from the system. The Company reserves the right to change, convert, improve charges at any time without prior notice to its Users/Clients.
