The Contract Cultivation of Eucalyptus program is a pivotal collaboration of PAYSOT consulting group with EUKALYPTOS IKE and concerns the rental of land for the Development of Organic Eucalyptus Crops for the production of Essential Oils, Plant Biomass and Commercial Timber, for five (5) years.
It offers the possibility of monitoring the overall progress of the crop and it is possible to locate and access the areas of the crop.
The program comes with a contract and can be combined with an investment guarantee, certified by the Interamerican insurance company.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

(according to the instructions of EUKALYPTOS IKE)
- Duration: 60 months (5 years)
- Revenue return: 15% per year
- Capital withdrawal: At the end of the program
- Withdrawal of revenue: At the end of each year (with the possibility of extraordinary payments from the 2nd year onwards)
- Management fees: 3% non secure or 5% with cultivation insurance
- Withdrawal fees: €0.00
- Withdrawal currency: Euro
- Cultivation Insurance: Interamerican
The program is accompanied by a customized contract as well as a Program Rights Transfer Declaration.
